Attention: About NLPCC 2014 Full Papers Presentation

   Before you prepare oral presentation, please pay attention to the following:
   1. Each oral paper presentation will take 20 minutes (including 5 minutes for QA).
   2. Presentation rooms will each have a laptop for you to display your slides, and also connections for your own laptops (VGA cable). If you plan to use your own laptop, you are expected to test it during the break immediately preceding your session; technical staff or volunteers will be on hand to assist you. If your laptop is not compatible with a VGA cable, please also bring the required VGA adapter. You should arrive to your session room 10 minutes before the session starts to meet with your session chair.

About Poster

   1. The size of Posteris 120cm *80cm.
   2. Please take your Poster to Kylin Villa Hotel Kylin Hall (NLPCC 2014 Main Conference Hall) on Dec. 7, 2014, and put it at the specified position.
   3. NLPCC 2014 will provide some materials for poster.

About 2013 Open Fund Posster/Demo

   1. Each 2013 Open Fund project must present in Open Fund Poster/Demo(refer to Conference Program).
   2. Each project presentation will take 20 minutes (including 5 minutes for QA).
   3. About presentation room and laptop, please refer to "Attention: About NLPCC 2014 Full Papers Presentation"
