For instance, KS-CNDP was responsible for designing and implementing the computation model for evaluating the relation strength between resources in the project of digital resources construction and new-type service of Chinese clothing culture. KS-CNDP also contributed to constructing Chinese Digital Library, an integrated service platform of professional and high-quality Chinese digital contents. Chinese Digital Library collects a variety of digital resources published after 1949, including the full text of books, newspapers, yearbooks, pictures and other characteristic resource products. Chinese Digital Library aims to provide online reading, full text retrieval, offline reading, mobile reading, downloading, printing and other services for libraries, colleges, enterprises, governments and other clients and readers. |

A book titled "Sunshine Misses Windows" is published, and it is the first one written by an AI in human history. Naturali Naturali is building a dnn-based skills engine to add a conversational interface on top of all existing apps on mobile devices so that user can directly access any functionalities by simply saying what they want. Problem: Conversation UI (CUI) is great as it imposes minimal cognitive load on the user. However, it is also problematic in several aspects. First, one has to reimplement the most of UX from scratch, which makes the expansion of functionalities a very slow process. Secondly, it requires lengthy business negotiations for integrating third party APIs. Thirdly, one has to convince end users to abandon their existing apps to use the new UX. All of these explains why Siri has not become a new UI after more than 5 years. Solution: Instead of pure CUI, we propose a CGUI approach where we add conversational interaction to any existing GUI app so that user can get things done by simply saying it. Specifically, our skill engine translates a voice command into a sequence of GUI actions (e.g., clicking and swiping) through Android Accessibility. While new skills in other voice assistants can only be added with engineering effort, anyone, including end-users, can create new CGUI based skills by pairing a command and a demonstration of how it is done in an app. We rely on GPU-based semi-supervised learning on terabytes of text to create an initial system that provides enough functionalities and incentives for users to engage and expand our system. Result: Our CGUI app has been integrated into LeTV, and we are in the process of releasing it as a third party app on all major platforms in Chinese market. Users can access functionalities in more than 100 apps via voice commands, and this number is increasing every days. Many of these functionalities are deep into the app, such as "wechat payment" or filtering flight selections by airlines in Ctrip. |
