Shared Task and Evaluation Track Proposals
The 15th CCF International Conference on Natural Language Processing and Chinese Computing
The International Conference on Natural Language Processing and Chinese Computing (NLPCC) of the China Computer Federation (CCF) is an annual conference organized by the CCF Natural Language Processing Technical Committee (CCF-NLP). NLPCC is a leading international conference focused on the fields of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Chinese Computing (CC). It is included in the list of international academic conferences and journals recommended by CCF and has been selected for the CCF High-Quality International Academic Conference Promotion Program. Previous NLPCC conferences have been successfully held in Beijing (2012), Chongqing (2013), Shenzhen (2014), Nanchang (2015), Kunming (2016), Dalian (2017), Hohhot (2018), Dunhuang (2019), Zhengzhou (2020), Qingdao (2021), Guilin (2022), Foshan (2023), Hangzhou (2024), and Urumqi (2025).
The 15th NLPCC (NLPCC 2026) will be held in Macau from November 3 to 5, 2026, and the conference is now officially inviting proposals for shared tasks and evaluation tracks. This call focuses on cutting-edge technologies and application-oriented research in natural language processing, including but not limited to foundational NLP tasks such as information extraction and sentiment analysis, domain-specific evaluation of large language model (LLM) applications, capability evaluation of AI agents, evaluation of large model code generation and tool-calling capabilities, multilingual and multimodal capability evaluation, as well as the design of evaluation tasks based on real-world data.
Proposals Should Include
- Names and affiliations of research team members (including contact person)
- A brief description of the system evaluation, including its relevance to NLP research
- A brief description of the dataset, including the data preparation process and availability conditions
- A brief explanation of how participant systems will be evaluated, including the availability of evaluation software
Evaluation proposals should clearly outline the progress in task completion, particularly in resource preparation.
