Notice:

1. This year's conference and workshops will be held in a hybrid way (both online and offline). The tutorials will be fully online. You are encouraged to attend the off-line conference and workshops in Qingdao, and you may also choose to attend the online conference and workshops. Please carefully choose the registration package.

2. For each accepted paper, at least one author must pay the regular registration fee and the registration must cover the NLPCC Offline activity (i.e., "NLPCC Offline only（Author only）" or "Both NLPCC offline and Tutorial Online（Author only）"). 每篇录用论文，要求至少一位作者以非学生身份注册线下会议（线下会议包括"NLPCC Offline only" 或 "Both NLPCC offline and Tutorial Online"）。即使作者均为学生，也请以非学生的身份注册会议。
