The rapid development of the internet, mobile internet and social media has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges for the research of natural language processing technologies in the artificial intelligence era. Such technologies include information retrieval, text mining, knowledge discovery, social media analysis, as well as machine learning, especially deep learning for natural language processing. This Advanced Disciplines Lectures “Natural Language Processing in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: Foundation, Challenges and Opportunity” will invite the famous experts and professors from Academia and Industry to give systematic lectures on the fundamental theories, algorithms, architecture and other hot-spot issues on natural language processing based on artificial intelligence. The objective of the lectures is to provide a three-day learning and communication platform for the young scholars and students to rapidly understand the element concepts, research contents, approaches and growing tendencies in the area.
