Oral Presentations
Oral paper talks are given 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for questions (note that only in shared task session, each oral talk consists of 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion). The session chairs will moderate the sessions and ensure timing is adhered to. Papers are spaced apart with a 1 minute interval to provide some time for transitioning between presenters.
Please kindly note that only conference computers are allowed to use for your presentation, so please copy your PPT/PDF presentation files to conference computers and test your presentations in the break before your session by connecting with the chair for your session. The screens have a display ratio of 4:3 (width:height, the most popular format used in the research community).
Posters
Poster boards are 1.2m by 0.9m (height by width) in size. Each poster needs to be prepared in English. Please well print your posters before the conference and post your posters on poster boards in the break before your session.
