Registration FAQ

The 15th CCF International Conference on Natural Language Processing and Chinese Computing

What type of registration do authors need to complete?

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a Full “Author Registration”.

How many papers can one registration cover?

Each Full Author Registration can cover at most one paper. If you have more than one paper requiring publication, separate Full Author Registrations are required.

Can any author on the author list complete the Full Author Registration?

Yes. Any author listed on the paper may complete the required Full Author Registration for that paper.

Does the presenter also need to register as an author?

No. The presenter does not need to register under Full Author Registration and may choose another applicable registration type. However, the paper must have at least one author who completes a valid Full Author Registration.

When will I receive the invoice after paying the registration fee?

Invoices will be issued centrally after the conference.

If no author completes a valid Full Author Registration, will the paper be published?

No. If no author completes a valid Full Author Registration for the paper, the paper will not be included in the conference proceeding.

What should I do if I paid by bank transfer but my registration status has not been updated?

Please send your transaction/reference number and a copy or screenshot of the bank transfer record to the organizing committee. We will process it accordingly.

How can I change my registration information?

Please contact the organizing committee.
